What you need to know once at the hotel:
Facemasks
Please be aware guests are now required to wear face coverings at all times in all areas of the hotel and restaurants except when consuming food and beverages. We want to keep everyone as safe as possible, and therefore hope that you will understand that the hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who fails or refuses to wear a face covering unless you are exempt.
Health & Safety
Directional and security signage has been created for your safety and comfort, with sanitizer stations located at key points throughout the hotel. In addition, we have limited the capacity of our restaurants and bars to create space for social distancing and we are regularly sanitising high traffic areas and touch points such as handles, rails, surfaces and switches. All of our colleagues are provided with protective equipment and will be wearing masks (with huge friendly smiles underneath!). We now require all guests to wear a face covering at the hotel unless seated at a table or in your room.
Check-In
Kindly note that check-in is from 3:00pm and an earlier check-in time is subject to availability. Please inform us of your expected arrival time so that we can make sure everything is ready for you. Protective screens have been installed at the front desk and key cards and pens are sanitised prior to your arrival and following your departure. Digitalisation of our processes helps us to simplify and reduce interactions, such as delivering your invoice by email. You can also Check-In online ahead of your stay by downloading our Melia App.
Your Room
Our cleaning team will be wearing personal protective equipment at all times as well as carefully following strict cleaning and sanitisation standards when preparing and refreshing your room. Please note our daily turndown service, along with bathrobes, slippers and mini bar items are currently available by request for maximum cleanliness and safety. Breakfast
Our A la carte Breakfast will continue to be served at Radio Rooftop, but we now require all guests to make a reservation for breakfast in line with government guidelines. Guests may also can enjoy breakfast in the comfort of your room via our In-Room Dining menu.
Restaurant & Bar Reservations
Please note that we now require all guests to make a reservation in advance for
Radio Rooftop and
STK London. Please let us know if you our pleasure to make a reservation for you. Please note that Marconi Lounge is open for guests to relax but the bar is not currently open and we are not serving food & drink in this space until further notice.
Gym
The gym is open and operating on a reservation basis so that we can limit the numbers and keep to a strict cleaning schedule. Should you wish to make use of the facilities during your stay, it would be our pleasure to make a reservation for you.
